You will work across multiple categories using data, product, material, color, and graphic information to capture imagery in a high volume and fast-paced production environment. The Photo Retoucher will be responsible for the retouching of digital imagery for delivery to multiple digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with troubleshooting, retouching, and maintenance of all assets
- Retouching, color correcting, and photo manipulation in a fast-paced environment
- Execute an efficient retouching process and ensure projects meet deadlines and quality
- Support the administrative requirements for routing imagery
- Work closely with Art Directors, Graphic Designers, to produce assets that match the brand's aesthetics and guidelines
- Organize and file images appropriately for usage across multiple platforms
- Can prioritize and handle multiple tasks while meeting established deadlines
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Expected to have a comprehensive understanding of photographic vocabulary and terms and have a detail-oriented dialogue about the properties of a given image.
- Maintain an organized tracking process and database for all image and content related assets
- Perform other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned
Skills and Requirements:
- Advanced Photoshop skills to include knowledge of CMYK and RGB color spaces
- Advanced knowledge of RAW formatting programs such as Capture One for processing RAW images into tiffs
- Advanced knowledge of retouching techniques applied to products and model refinement
- Ability to understand color profiles and control color and contrast for web and print
-Must work quickly without sacrificing overall image quality
- Strong organizational skills are a must
- Multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
- Design experience is a plus
- Must be amenable to work from home and in Makati.
