Job Ad
• Hiring for a full-time CSR position for the health industry which involves patient interaction
• $15 per hour with fully paid health benefits after 60 days
• The office is located in Downtown Summerlin
Responsibilities and Duties
• Answering phone calls with exceptional friendliness, empathy, and customer service
• Scheduling appointments and gathering all important information when scheduling or triaging over the phone (i.e verifying the type of insurance they have, reviewing self-pay prices with them if they are not using insurance, etc...)
• Writing referrals
• Prior Authorizations for imaging and specialty (if the patient's insurance requires it)
• Responding to and acting on faxes, live chat, emails, and secure messages in the App
• Maintain operation integrity by following policies and procedures; suggesting process improvements that will benefit patients, clinicians, colleagues, and overall operations
• Ensure patients have filled out all forms and signed consent prior to Virtual Video Visit
• Multi-tasking with all of the above
Qualifications and Skills
• Familiarity with Apple products, including iPads and Macbooks, and Google Business Suite apps
• Must have the ability to remain focused and calm during stressful situations
• Prior admin, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience required
• Must have the ability to speak clearly, professionally, and eloquently
