- Earn 18K total salary plus Incentives

- Fixed Weekends Off
 
Job Description:
Performs outbound calls to do debt collections
Convinces and negotiates with customers
Tracks records and updates tools to update collections
Performs thorough investigation data to identify discrepancies and fix possible collection issues
Job Qualifications:
At least 1 year collections/billing experience, preferred
Good to excellent communication skills
Persistent and doesn’t take a “no” right away
Must be goal oriented and driven to exceed expectations
Preferably no attendance issues with past employer/s
