Job Description
Provide timely analysis of physical data using the standard templates, tools and analysis methodology.
Manage new physical recipe requirements, review recipe qualifications and regulate deployment in all DOE builds.
Facilitate physical FA including deeper data analysis relative to process/test issues and external requests in collaboration with other groups.
Maintain physical dashboard with daily trend review, feedback and closure with functional teams.
Develop and implement data integrity guidelines and/or related methodology aimed to streamline DOE physical process flow.
Complies at all times with the Environment, Health and Safety, Manufacturing Quality Standards, and Rules and Regulations of the site.
Perform other activities as assigned to support the team.
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
Bachelor degree or higher in electronics, microelectronics, electrical engineering, applied physics or related discipline.
Minimum 2 years semiconductor experience or engineering data analysis work.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to clearly communicate and document findings.
Basic understanding of device physics.
PREFERRED:
Experience in magnetic recording and device metrology.
SKILLS:
Sound knowledge of engineering statistics (GRR, SPC, Correlation, etc).
Experience in data analysis tools such as JMP, Minitab, Excel or R.
Basic understanding of programming language preferably C, C++, Python or JSL.
Excellent English written, verbal and presentation skills.
Ability to understand design of experiments and develop appropriate characterization plan.
Willingness to adapt to any changes as part of improvement opportunities.
