Overall Purpose:
Effectively leads a team of voice agents to meet set goals and ensure compliance with Accenture policies and Client Absence and Disability Claims Management processes.
Responsible for serving as a team lead providing support to non-clinical, clinical and client teams. Assists with the promotion of quality claimant outcomes, optimizing claimant benefits, and promoting the effective use of resources. Supports the procedures that ensure adherence to policies and claimant benefits in providing service that is appropriate, high quality, and cost effective. Includes oversight of the following functions in all or part:
Claims Management for Absence and Disability Insurance: Gathers information and performs variety of complex clerical or administrative support functions which requires the knowledge and understanding of disability policies and procedures to appropriately calculate the benefits due and manage the duration of a disability absence.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Holds active and unrestricted local (PH) Registered Nurse license
Must have at least 1 year Supervisory/Team Lead experience in a front-office (voice) call center or BPO back-office environment
Minimum 1-year experience in any account or case or project management work (preferably Case management work with experience reviewing eligibility, determining appropriate benefits that apply and establishing a case management plan.)
Must have absence and/or Disability Insurance experience
Claims reviews/audit and data entry experience
Knowledge of disability claims management process and ability to interpret and apply member contracts
Knowledge of ICD-9 and ICD-10 and CPT codes is an advantage
