Duties and Responsibilities:
Group Insurance Financial Service Senior Analyst leads a team of voice agents to meet set goals and ensure compliance with Accenture policies and Client Absence and Disability Claims Management processes, is responsible for serving as a team lead providing support to non-clinical, clinical and client teams, assisting with the promotion of quality claimant outcomes, optimizing claimant benefits, and promoting the effective use of resource, and supporting the procedures that ensure adherence to policies and claimant benefits in providing service that is appropriate, high quality, and cost effective.
Tasks and responsibilities include:
Overseeing staff whose primary function is to support the clinical, claim managers and client teams with the delivery of administrative duties and in a supportive role.
Assisting the Manager in overall management of day to day operations by effective monitoring and management of team performance.
Liaising with to other areas of the Claims Management unit
Maintaining contractual and regulatory compliance by knowing, understanding, correctly interpreting, and accurately applying requirements, regulations and standards. Reports suspected or confirmed issues on the same day of discovery to the manager and/or the Compliance Department.
Ensuring Associate understanding of contractual and regulatory requirements and reporting immediately all suspected or confirmed issues or concerns to a manager and/or the Compliance Department.
Ensuring that where applicable, all clinically licensed associates maintain active, documented licensure while working in production.
Providing leadership, mentoring, and supervision of staff.
Reporting known or suspected data breaches or fraud on the day of discovery to the Compliance Department, and for conducting follow up investigation as needed.
Studying and analyzing VOC (Voice of customer) trend and customer feedback and working towards improving performance and performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for performance deviations and implement improvement plans and associate coaching as needed.
Providing business continuity by identifying potential successors and emerging leaders for the key leadership positions
Ensuring team's compliance with obligations on risk identification, risk assessment and risk monitoring, control and escalation
Managing team's performance and setting up coaching sessions as needed
Providing status reports and overall team performance
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree holder
Philippine Registered Nurse license is required
Minimum 6 months experience in a subject matter expert or supervisory role in a front-office (voice) call center environment preferably in a customer-service facing role
Minimum 1-year experience in any account or case or project management work (preferably Case management work with experience reviewing eligibility, determining appropriate benefits that apply and establishing a case management plan.)
Claims reviews/audit experience or US Healthcare Administration/Management experience is needed
Absence and/or Disability Insurance experience is an advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
