The ideal candidate is comfortable with medical and prescription terminology (e.g., dosage, frequency, compound names, abbreviations) and understands standard workflows, including payments, refills, and lab approvals.What You'll Do:Review treatment plans and process prescription orders accurately using e-Prescribing software and internal toolsComplete all follow-up tasks associated with the prescription writing workflow, ensuring timely and proper completionPerform quality checks on prescriptions to ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and adherence to internal standardsCollaborate other internal teams and potentially providers to resolve questions or issues related to prescription detailsSupport the Pharmacy Operations team by escalating prescription-related challenges when necessaryMaintain accurate records and documentation throughout the prescription processHandle routine data entry tasks related to prescription workflows with a high level of precisionWork collaboratively in a remote environment with other teams and pharmacy partnersWhat We're Looking For:1-2 years of experience in a pharmacy, healthcare, or telehealth operations role is preferredHighly motivated college graduates with applicable majors (e.g., pharmacy, chemistry, biology, etc.) are also encouraged to applyExperience with e-Prescribing systems, pharmacy operations software, or electronic health records is a plusFamiliarity with prescription terminology, dosage calculations, and common abbreviationsStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyOrganized and comfortable with routine, repetitive workflowsAble to work independently with sound judgment and minimal supervisionExcellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly when working with healthcare professionalsTechnically proficient and able to learn new software quicklyPassion for improving the patient experience in a healthcare settingWhy You'll Love Joining the CO Fam!At Clark Outsourcing, we're redefining what it means to work in a BPO.
