PHARMACIST(1)
 
Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Chief Pharmacist in the operation of the Pharmacy.
2. Checks expiry dates of medicines (puts expiring medicines in a specific place and returns expired medicines to CWCI office for proper accounting/disposal).
3. Makes requisitions for medicines to be placed in the pharmacy as stocks.
4. Encodes medicine issuances (charged medicines and cash sales)
5. Makes inventory count in all departments and replaces used medicines (Nursery, Operating Room, Delivery Room and Labor Room).
6. Records temperature reading for medicines in the refrigerator.
7. Retrieves empty vials/bottles from Labor Room. Nursery, and Nurses Station I and II for proper disposal.
8. In the absence of the chief pharmacist, may be requested by CWCI office to do the other functions of the chief pharmacist like preparing monthly work schedule of pharmacists.
 
Qualifications:
1. Must be a registered Pharmacist
2. Willing to work on shifting schedule
3. Can start ASAP
4. With or without experience
