Board Passer, candidates should possess a Pharmacy Professional License
Preferably with Regulatory Compliance experience
Able to work with minimum supervision, result-oriented, hardworking and willing to work long hours (when necessary)
Excellent in written and oral English communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Flexible and willing to be trained

Job Description:
Communicates effectively and closely work with internal and external stakeholders
Responsible in handling renewal and filing of registration applications with Food and Drug Administration and Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency
Ensures that licenses and accreditation are secured, and products distributed are compliant with FDA
Performs the duties of Responsible Pharmacist for Warehouse as per standards of WHO Good Distribution and Good Storage Practice. Acts as Quality Assurance officer
Handles Pharmacovigilance matters (complaints and recall of products)
Ensure that all supplies are stored in the correct manner using principles of FEFO to ensure high quality of products and safety of customers.
Monitors the expiry date of the supplies inside the warehouse and provide accurate reports and insights to all stakeholders
Trains staff in product portfolio of the company
Performs other duties and responsibilities entrusted by the company.
