Scope of Duties and Responsibilities of the Recipient:
1. Evaluate, review, prepare and file the product registration of medical devices included in the corporate list of products of the Company.
2. Maintain the active product registration of medical devices included in the corporate list of products of the Company.
3. In charge of all regulatory requirements for the Food and Drug Administration and the Department of Health.
4. Act as liaison for different activities of the Company including but not limited to the acquisition of Initial License to Operate, Renewal, and Processing of Certificate of Product Registration.
5. Comply and keep up-to-date License-to-Operate as a Medical Device Distributor/Importer of the Company.
6. Communicate with medical device supplier in accordance with the product registration requirement/s.
7. Keep company staff up-to-date with release of certificate of registration.
8. Maintain proper documentation of regulatory activities involving product registration and License-to-Operate requirements.
9. Research and update information regarding new ideas, protocols and product related but not limited to the orthopedics.
10. Perform such other duties that may be assigned by the Company from time to time.

No Experience
