Job Description
This role is a leadership role and acts as a trusted consultant to the leadership team in areas of human resources and safety, including employee relations, coaching, leadership development, organisational development, workforce planning, change management, culture, reward and recognition, talent optimisation and workers' compensation.
Our Senior HR Business Partner works hand in hand with the Group Manager People Operations in the design, development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives to support TSA Group's strategic objectives. This role is responsible for the leadership and development of any direct reports (e.g. People Advisor and/or People Coordinator).
Qualifications
Essential:
Graduate of Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management and/or Business Management
Must have at least 5 years' HR Generalist experience interfacing directly with employees and leaders in a challenging and fluid environment.
Demonstrated strong capability to support an Australian portfolio and an understanding of Australian culture and ways of working
Excellent stakeholder management skills and high capability to influence both internal and external stakeholders
Strong understanding of Australian human resources/employee relations and safety legislative and regulatory environment
Strong understanding of contemporary human resources good practice and an ability to implement or adapt to suit TSA Group.
Superior English communication/negotiation skills (written and verbal)
Advanced analytical skills and an ability to use appropriate data to identify opportunities for improvement and see ideas through to implementation and embedding
Strong facilitation and training skills
Excellent organisational skills
Teamwork skills and ability to work autonomously
Experience with a HRIS and Microsoft 365 suite
Willing to work full time both in-office and in a remote capacity
Desirable:
Experience in a BPO environment
Experience with CHRIS21
Employee Engagement experience
Intermediate and above Microsoft Excel skills
