Job Responsibility
Responsible for taking inbound and outbound calls. Assist providers and clinic staff in checking medical eligibility, requesting Prior authorization for Specialty Drugs including Chemo drugs
Perform admin task such as encoding details into the system and updating basic information
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree holder of Nursing (BSN)
• Must be a Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) active license
• Minimum of 2 years working experience in a clinical setting (ICU, ER, OR, General ward, etc) as PHRN
• Good to have BPO voice account experience
• Knowledge with disability claims management process, ICD-9, ICD-10, and CPT codes is a plus
• Amenable to work in a Shifting schedule
• Can work in different locations in Metro Manila
