Job Description
What will a normal day look like?
The primary role of a Trainer is to deliver training & development programs as directed by the Channel Manager or Training Manager.
While taking an Induction Group you will manage the Induction Team Members until they graduate into Production. This will include ensuring new team members are meeting TSA competence standards and have passed all training assessments. Additionally, you will be required to document and report on all coaching and training feedbacks, in line with TSA and local Centre standards.
This role is also accountable for; supporting the local leadership team, proactively identify training needs and opportunities for the business; identify continuous improvement opportunities for the Induction Program and sharing Best Practices across the Learning and Development team.

Minimum of 1 year experience as a Trainer
