Job Description
The HR Business Partner is a leadership role that acts as a trusted consultant to the leadership team in the assigned line of business (LOB) in areas of HR; including employee relations, employee benefits, policy creation, HR administrative services, workforce planning, among others.
The HR Business Partner works hand in hand with the HR Manager in the design, development and implementation of HR programs.
Who you should be?
Must have a minimum of 4 years experience as an HR Generalist / HR Business Partner interacting directly with Business Leaders in a challenging and fluid environment.
With experience with a range of complex Industrial Instruments
With Experience in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management
Must have facilitation skills and experience with large teams of Managers/Employees
Must have working knowledge of Labor Laws
With excellent problem-solving skills
Excellent organisational skills
Works well with a team
Must be flexible and adaptable
Must be excellent in communication/negotiation (written and verbal)
Highly analytical
Able to use appropriate data to underpin decision making
Willing to work full time both in-office and in a remote capacity
Qualifications
The following makes you a stronger candidate for the role:
Graduate of Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management and/or
Business Management * 7 years of experience as an HR Generalist / HR Business Partner
Experience in a BPO environment
Experience in the HRIS platform
With proven change management skills
Employee Engagement experience
