Job Description
The Employee Engagement Specialist ensures committed and energetic employees through various periodic and ad-hoc events and activities which promote a one TSA attitude and support the centre's employee retention initiatives.
What will a normal day look like?
Proposes creative ideas to improve center engagement through services, events and activities.
Develops, plans and executes activities/events to create high impact employee engagement within a defined budget.
Encourages employee participation and attendance at events
Proactively handles any arising issues and troubleshoots any emerging problems at events.
Gathers and actions feedback through post event and periodic surveys
Serves as point of contact with employees for engagement concerns
Attends to individual employee concerns/grievance and elevate the same to the one-up
Supports all centre incentives or client hosted themed days.
Implements Employee Rewards and Recognition Programs
Reviews the submitted monthly reports on attrition, tardiness and absenteeism and proposes action plans to address the same
Qualifications
Essential
Must have at least 3 years related experience
Excellent communication skills (listening, verbal and writing)
Creativity in developing activities and initiatives that engage participants and fosters collaboration/ownership.
Ability to increase participation and collaboration through interpersonal skills
Intermediate computer skills
Effective time management skills
Strong Problem solving skills, critical thinking and self initiative
Strong negotiation skills
Proven ability to build and maintain a positive work environment across the organization
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments
Energetic and outgoing
Ability to adapt to Change

High level of professionalism
Desirable
Marketing and advertising experience
Communications background
Photo and video editing skills
