Responsible for the end to end processing of company and statutory benefits within the prescribed service levels.
Manage third party vendors in the delivery of company benefits.
Manage monthly vendor scorecards review and support administration of company benefits.
Administer enrollment and termination of HMO memberships and life insurance coverage including reconciliation.
Responsible for the monthly & annual regulatory reporting requirements and on-time processing of statutory invoice payments.
Responsible for overseeing the processing of employee status update and benefit applications to statutory agencies.
Support regional and/or global initiatives that may be assigned from time to time.
Responsible for effectively managing clients and/or stakeholders across all levels in the organization.
Assist in regular quality check of work processed to ensure error-free processing.
Manage or assist in ad-hoc projects and assignments as needed as part of process/procedure/functional enhancements.
Perform duties that are required from time to time
Qualifications
Must be a Bachelor's/College Degree graduate in Human Resources Management, Psychology or its equivalent
Minimum 5 years of extensive experience specializing in Company & Statutory Benefits Administration
Ability to deal with employees from varying organizational levels
With strong supervisory and leadership skills
With effective multitasking ability, project management and stress management skills
Has strong interpersonal, written & communication skills
Advanced critical thinking, problem solving skills and meticulous attention to details
Ability to identify innovative solutions and opportunities for improvement
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Proactive, resourceful, analytical, and willing to invest long working hours in a fast-paced environment
Can work independently with minimal supervision
Must be amenable to working in BGC, Taguig
