Job Description:
- Conducts thorough initial assessments of patient's' health status, including physical, psychological, and social factors.
- Provide direct care to patients, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing various medical procedures as needed
- Regularly assessing patients' condition, assessing the effectiveness of interventions, and aligning care plans accordingly.
- Monitoring patient recovery and consolidates all reports for the physician
- Document all patient care activities, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes, accurately and in an accurate and timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Registered Nurse
- At least 4 years of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position
- Has Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Has strong work ethics and professional work habits
- Has Knowledge of various medical procedures, equipment, and supplies commonly used in home healthcare settings
- Must have the patience to deal with patient
- Can start as soon as possible
- Willing to work in Makati City
