Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive.
Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation. organizing events and conferences.
Job Qualification
Amenable to do clerical duties/tasks
Experience: SECRETARIAL : 1 year (Preferred)
Experienced with delivery scheduling and dispatching
Must have good written and oral communication skills, and interpersonal skills
With intermediate level computer literacy, having handled Microsoft office programs and various booking and communication programs
