PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO C-LEVEL EXECUTIVE (INCLUDING HOUSEHOLD MANAGEMENT)

This role extends beyond traditional office support, providing a unique opportunity to manage the executive's personal affairs and household responsibilities.
Position Overview: As a Personal Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of both professional and personal aspects of our executive's life. This position requires a trustworthy candidate with a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a commitment to providing comprehensive support with the utmost discretion.
 
Responsibilities:
Calendar Management:
Efficiently manage the executive's professional and personal schedule, including meetings, appointments, and personal commitments.
Coordinate and align schedules with the executive's preferences.
Communication:
Serve as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external contacts, handling communications with discretion and professionalism.
Draft and manage emails, letters, and other correspondence.
Household Management:
Oversee and coordinate household staff to ensure a well-organized and harmonious living environment.
Manage household expenses, budgets, and vendor relationships.
Travel Coordination:
Arrange and coordinate travel logistics, accommodations, and itineraries for both business and personal trips.
Ensure travel plans are aligned with the executive's preferences.
Meeting Preparation:
Assist in preparing materials for professional and personal meetings.
Attend meetings, take notes, and manage follow-up tasks.
Personal Errands:
Handle personal shopping, gift procurement, and other personal errands efficiently.
Confidentiality:
Manage sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant, with a focus on managing personal affairs.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree preferred
Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
