Job Descriptions
Assisting the owner on day-to-day operation in his businesses: Managing and organizing the business files and documents
Writing/documenting his work documents
Liaison with his staff on his business meetings and conference
Creation of reports for business plans
Keeping track on the business income and expenses
The CEO of ANKH MED TMS has a low vision condition and needs assistance moving from place to place e.g. around different offices, restaurants, malls etc.
If the personnel is a capable driver with a valid driver's license to help transit the CEO to his desired and business appointments
The CEO would need assistance moving around the Philippines for business meetings and transactions, therefore the PA is also responsible for helping the CEO in flights around the country.
And other miscellaneous task needed to support the CEO's various activities
Job Qualifications
A college degree in any course: ideal is Business Major/Marketing/English
Basic knowledge in the MS application: MSword, MSexcel and MSpowerpoint
Profecient in email management
Fresh graduates are welcome
Applicants with valid driver's license and with experience in driving are encourage
