Snapshot of the role:
The Permit Design Team Lead (TL) is accountable for ensuring that their assigned team members have the tools, knowledge, and desire to consistently create exceptional customer experiences for their client programs as well as for ClearSource/Altna. The Permit Design TL reports to the Permit STL.
Core Responsibilities:
Drive KPI achievement by coaching agents daily on improvement opportunities presented by client feedback/updates, QC feedback, and side by sides
Ensure team schedule adherence with daily check ins and monitoring
Maintain accurate attendance records for direct reports within timekeeping tool
Monitor and respond to design related questions/concerns in client& designer support chats
Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with each team member to ensure your and their thorough understanding of:
o The program's collective goal and benefits
o Their life goals and career path
o The expectations of their role
Your and their expectations of each other
Provide weekly reporting on designer KPI improvement to direct leader
Generate solar permit packages
Live by and promote the ClearSource Core Values (Customer First, Personal Accountability, Humble Courage, Hungry, Happy and Healthy)
Requirements
Engineering degree
Solar experience a plus, leadership experience a plus
AutoCAD is a must
Above Average communications skills
