Our Performance Insights Analyst is responsible to find, evaluate and analyze data to provide actionable financial impacting insights. In this role you will:
Provides superior customer service
Defines problems, collects data and establishes facts to draw conclusions
Delivers final readouts and explains analytical methods
Acts as expert in data searching
We are looking for someone who has:
Bachelor Degree in Math, Statistics, Economics or related
Minimum 1 year experience in Call Center Operations and Analytical roles
Proficient and effective English verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with Windows and Microsoft Office products
Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong drive to complete urgent requests
2 years Call center Analyst experience Experience is preferred.
