What are your Key responsibilities
Review organization design and recommending changes to support business objectives
Build capability by collaborating with operations leadership and Corporate HR in implementing the right interventions and initiatives
Manage manning requirements at the site to ensure that all shifts are covered well by required number of headcount
Manage site positive employee discipline initiatives
Establish, maintain, and evaluate business relationship with outsourced labor service providers
Drive special projects in partnership with cross-functional teams e.g. Engagement Activities, Costing / Solutions Design
Prepare ad hoc reports on manning and personnel cost
We are looking for
A solid experience within Human Resources
Exposure as human resource business partner in a fast-paced environment (manufacturing, logistics, FMCG) would be an advantage
Experience in managing outsourced labor service providers also an advantage
Willing to travel across VisMin (company-sponsored) as the role will oversee HR activities in Visayas and Mindanao
