What you'll focus onOur interns are part of the team from day one, learning from some of the industries top talent and leaders.Your involvement will be critical to the business success, potentially opening up a variety of opportunities in the future, we have ex interns who now work at Locad full time.Your HR internship will provide deep exposure and learning in the following areas.
Reactive support on a variety of staff inequities, regarding policies, benefits and other people focussed matters.
Internal and external communication on our social media platforms.
Event planning and management.
Research employee engagement and benefit initiatives, supporting a remote team across APAC.
Onboarding activities for new employees
