Your mission
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Inspire, lead, coach, mentor and develop colleagues and teams in multi-disciplinary, cross-functional set-ups in the position as Line Manager.
Empower and motivate individuals to foster an Agile way of working.
Encourage personal and professional development creating and evaluating opportunities for team development and upskilling.
Design programs to enhance the growth of individuals and teams, to develop professional expertise, to encourage knowledge exchange and to foster team collaboration.
Provide guidance and coaching towards improving delivery output of their Chapter members and teams.
Capture and report on both people metrics and delivery related metrics of their respective Chapter/Groups.
Provide People Management services (Line Manager responsibilities such as Recruitment, Employee Relations and Engagement, Performance evaluation, resource & planning allocation)
Qualifications
What you need:
Background in IT Development, Employee Relations, Human Resources, People Management, Training, Coaching, Performance Evaluation and Communications.
Experience working in resource management, consultancy firm, doing HR related responsibilities in an IT firm or performing HR business partnership in shared services environment
Collaborative in nature, ability to solve problems and communicate ideas in a simple, structured, and engaging ways
Experience in delivering a range of HR services, advice and administrative support including but not limited to employee engagement, people management, recruitment, learning and development
Support and collaborate with management team and key stakeholders with the development, enhancement, and deployment of People processes
Research and create engagement or retention activities to our employees covering physical and mental health (face to face or/and virtually)
A mindset of a servant leader, focusing primarily on growth and well-being of people and the communities in which they belong.
A track-record in managing teams in challenging environments that require collaboration, dedication and motivation.
A 'can do' mentality with strong motivational skills and the ability to react dynamically, effectively and efficiently to an everyday changing environment to encourage contribution and involvement from others.
A curious mind that explores all and every possibility for continuous improvement and the ability to think and act conceptually and analytically based on hard and soft data.
Experience with managing development teams in an Agile environment highly preferred.
·Experience with resource planning and allocation within and across organizations.
Cultural awareness and experience working overseas.
Strong communicational skills with proficiency in English and local language.
