DESCRIPTION:
Facilitate on boarding of employees and coordinates with other departments with regards to new hires
o Responsible on sending out new hire announcement to all employees.
o Communicate the onboarding details to Recruitment, CSM's and HR.
o Relay any concerns/issues that may occur on the onboarding
Facilitate off boarding of employees as such responsibility is to attend conferences and exit interviews
Resolves human relations problems and promoting employee health and well-being.
o Interview employees and discuss personnel, human relations, and work-related problems that adversely affect morale, health, and productivity, as needed
o Explains company compensation and benefit programs, and enrolls workers in specified programs, as necessary
o Offer counseling services to employees.
o Assist on sending out company announcements.
o Do staff checking, as needed.
Assist and recommend on employee engagement activities
o Work with the Social Media Marketing and Customer success team on developing engagement activity based on company preference
o Assist on preparing newsletter and other reports to communicate benefits, information regarding the company
o Assist on all engagement activity as directed by ConnectOS clients.
Develops, schedules, and facilitates skills training to improve employee performance
Foster client - employee relationship by understanding both culture and differences
Facilitate on records keeping, auditing of all documents of PAC team.
o Ensure that documents for onboarding and offboarding are complete.
o Must update all PAC trackers
o Assist on generating reports, as such, attendance and leave reports of employees.
o Maintain high confidentiality of documents.
Other task that may be assigned, as related to People and Culture.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in human resources or psychology or marketing
With at least 2 years' experience on the same field.
Outstanding interpersonal skills
Solid communication skills preferably gained in Customer Service/Support position.
Proven ability to juggle a high volume of concurrent activities and work to deadlines and manage multiple stakeholders.
Exceptional written and verbal communication
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Good problem-solving ability
Previous experience in employment relations/engagement, customer service work and marketing is an advantage
