We are looking for potential candidates who will develop and deliver best practices in Data & Analytics across the HR Function, and People Analytics across the business. This role will deliver innovation in analytical approaches to understand and mitigate people driven risk to business and will drive industrialisation of flexible People Analytics solutions to the benefit of the market.
Position Summary
A day in the life of...
1) People Analytics
Develop and Deliver People Analytics solutions to the Market. Develop and deliver standards, frameworks, tools and methodology for people analytics & reporting. Provide consultation & advice in people analytics
2) Dynamic People Planning
Develop and deliver standards, frameworks, tools and methodology for dynamic people planning. Provide consultation & advice in dynamic people planning.
3) HR Data Standards and Governance and Reporting
Participate in local and global HR master data and analytics governance bodies to ensure seamless, end-to-end alignment across HR, and consistent HR services delivery to the market.
What will make you successful
Masters Level education or equivalent
Leadership and exposure in all parts of the HR function e.g. CoE, CoS, HRBP
Worked within a Matrix environment; achieving results through effective influencing, collaborating
Strong Stakeholder management experience at the highest organization levels
Experience and comfort working and leading projects in cross functional and geographical teams
Working knowledge and experience in evolving statistical methods and approaches to problem solving in business and HR
Experience in sharing and enabling capabiltiy development of the HR organisation to use statistical approaches and their output in problem solving
