MedSpecialized, Inc. is looking for a Penetration Tester/Security Analyst!
General Description: Plan and implement strategies to protect our systems and networks from intrusions and attacks.
Office Location: 8th-floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu
Holidays: All national Philippines and USA holidays are observed.
Monthly Salary: 40,000.00 - 50,000.00 (Negotiable depending on experience)
Responsibilities:
Conducting vulnerability assessments and penetration testing of web services, mobile, API, network, and thick client
Threat hunting and proactive approach towards mitigation measures
Documenting detailed reports and having in-depth knowledge of patch fixing methodologies
Investigate security breaches and other cybersecurity incidents
Deploy endpoint detection and prevention tools to threat malicious hacks
Monitor network and application performance to identify irregular activity
Requirements:
Preferably a bachelor's degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or any other relevant field
At least 1-year relevant work experience
Able to conduct white/black / grey-box testing - automated as well as manual
Experienced in VAPT Bug bounty
In-depth knowledge of OWASP, SANS Security standards, business logic vulnerabilities with a detailed understanding of concepts
Excellent understanding of secure coding
Proficient understanding of Application security concepts and having an ability to implement the same
Experience with application vulnerability tools like Burp Suite Pro, Nessus, Nexpose, SQLMap, IBM AppScan, HP Web Inspect, Acunetix, etc.
Bug Bounty Hunting will be an added advantage.
Willing to report to work in office eventually once everything is back to normal (Cebu, IT Park)
