PEGA PLATFORM ENGINEER
Responsibilities
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into functional Pega applications.
Design, develop, and implement enterprise-level Pega solutions, including case management, data models, and workflows.
Configure and customize user interfaces to meet business needs.
Write and debug code in languages such as Java and JavaScript to support Pega applications.
Perform unit testing and quality assurance to ensure applications meet requirements and standards.
Optimize application performance, conduct system maintenance, and troubleshoot issues.
Integrate Pega applications with other systems and databases.
Create and maintain technical documentation for Pega applications.
Required skills and qualifications
Proficiency with the Pega platform is a must.
Strong understanding of application development principles and best practices.
Experience with Pega frameworks and methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum.
Familiarity with Java, JavaScript, jQuery, and HTML.
Knowledge of database concepts and SQL.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience with business process management (BPM) is highly desirable.
Experience with system integrations and architecture is also beneficial.
