Looking for PEGA ARCHITECT Acts as a liaison between business users, stakeholders, and technical leads. Capable in analyzing the application architecture of a new Pega implementation and technical integration with internal/external systems. The Pega Developer will work with the team and client to document functional designs and work alongside the build team to capture design detail in the SDLC deliverables. Responsibilities: Ability to translate complex business requirement into functional technical requirements into well designed, well performing solutions using Pega 7 or 8. Work with senior members of the team and users to analyze business requirements, translating those requirements in to customized solutions using Pega 7 or 8 platform. Maintain effective client relations and rapport - delivering timely and relevant information with the ability to quickly identify and report project risks. Identify potential gaps and its impact on the target solution. Provide a specialist's advice to the business regarding issues in the application of technology to enhance business efficiency. Assists client teams in supporting the live application and perform handoff and knowledge transfer activities, positioning our clients for a long-term success. Basic Qualifications: Design/development experience with BPM application/s. Experience using PEGA framework. Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with key project stakeholders with a strong ability to clearly articulate complex technical issues to business stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Pega Certification preferred (CBA or CLSA) Pega 7 or 8 experience is highly preferred. Specialization in functional area or industry domain expertise. Highly developed communication and influencing skills. Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. Experience with the assessment and configuration of both packaged and custom-built software. 5 to 10 years of Business Analysis experience. 5 to 10 years of BPM experience
