This role involves editing long-form and short-form videos, assisting with monthly onsite shoots, and ensuring all multimedia output reflects Pearl's tone, quality, and visual identity. Ideal for a creative, detail-oriented editor who can work independently while collaborating closely with the team.Requirements:Must-Haves
Strong portfolio showcasing video editing, storytelling, and brand-aligned visual style.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and familiarity with Canva; plus working knowledge of other relevant editing tools.
Experience producing YouTube content (both long-form and short-form) for a company, brand, or organization.
Ability to work onsite at a coworking space once a month for video shoots and photography sessions.
Understanding of social media video formats, platform-specific best practices, and posting guidelines (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Nice-to-Haves
Motion graphics or basic animation skills.
Experience with lighting, audio setup, or on-set support during shoots.
Familiarity with brand identity systems, content strategy, or creative direction.
Background in recruitment, HR, or startup-focused content (helpful but not required).
Responsibilities
Edit short-form and long-form video content for marketing campaigns, social media platforms, and internal documentation.
Collaborate with the team to maintain consistency with Pearl Talent's brand identity, tone, and communication style.
Support ad-hoc multimedia tasks, including repurposing content, basic graphic creation, and assisting during monthly onsite shoots.
Optimize videos for various platforms, ensuring proper formatting, thumbnail selection, pacing, and viewer engagement.
Stay updated on video trends, editing styles, and social media formats to continuously enhance content quality.
