Job Description 1. Delivers the course utilizing the approved course packages ensuring that the defined learning objectives; Course Outcomes and Learning Outcomes are attained.
2. Develops and/or improves and enhances course packages, in areas of expertise, in cooperation with the Academic Program/General Education Heads and Assessors.
3. Provides academic consultations and counselling to cadets.
4. Conducts exercises and summative assessments in compliance with MMMA policy, external and internal statutory/ regulatory bodies.
5. Conducts relevant research works in his/her field of expertise that will support scholarship of discovery in the Academy that will add to the general knowledge.
6. Employs classroom management to ensure completion of quality course delivery within allocated timeframe.
7. Performs the function of assessors in accordance with the established procedure.
8. Participates in community extension activities initiated by the Academy and in all co-curricular and extra-curricular activities of MMMA.
9. Escalates major issues and concerns to Immediate Superior for appropriate action.
10. Adheres strictly to all MMMA Policies, Procedures, Instructions and Processes of its Quality Standard System.
11. Ensures to uphold and maintain the Academic and Teaching profession to its highest standards.
Job Qualifications Graduate of BS Degree Major in PE
