We are Hiring:
 
PDD MATERIAL ANALYST
 
Location : Tac-an Road, Talamban, Cebu City
Work schedule : 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Thursday; 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Friday
Employment : Full-time
 
Qualification:
Bachelor' degree in Industrial Engineering, or related field
At least 2 years working experience in wood furniture industry as BOM or material planner.
Strong analytical and problem solving
Proficient in MS Excel and inventory/SAP system
Ability to work independently and coordinate
Able to work under pressure
Key Responsibilities:
Receive piece part drawings from CAD operators and prepare cutting lists for budgeting purposes.
Compile and enter data into the BOM, including the hardware list from CAD operators.
Request labour hours (PCE) from Costing and update the BOM accordingly.
During pre-production, revise the cutting list and update the BOM based on updated CAD drawings.
Provide a budget for finishing materials using system sheets with synthetic references.
Coordinate with accounting to obtain new material codes and update the BOM.
Work with Planning and Purchasing to incorporate recommended material revisions into the BOM.
Request a revalidation report from the Weaving Department to confirm actual material usage and update the BOM during pre-production.
Release signed Sales Orders to the Planning team for Samples, Pre-Production, and Production, ensuring the BOM is updated before issuing the Pick List.
