To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a PCB Design Engineer located in Cebu, Philippines
What a typical day looks like:
Performs non-routine and moderately complex design tasks utilizing CAD design techniques designing high density, surface mount printed circuit boards
Assists Electrical Design Engineers in the development of state-of-the-art designs of new or modified, low to high-density, complex, printed circuit boards.
Works from preliminary schematics, parts lists and basic description of the board function, configuration and arrangement as defined by engineering.
Collaborates with FLEX DFX teams to develop a physical layout that optimizes for manufacturability and test.
Maintains technical coordination with Flex's manufacturing groups and the customer's engineers.
Establishes design standards and configuration.
Provides ECAD tool expertise and constraint management
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
Possesses a Degree in related discipline or equivalent experience.
Minimum 4 years of working experience in the related field is required
Skill (s): CAD Design, ECAD
