PAYROLL (WOMAN)
Job Responsibilities
Validation of work hours and attendance of employees.
Checking of payroll information and documentation before processing and uploading
Verification of various payroll deductions
Updating and Editing of data in the payroll system's Employee Masterfile and Payroll Data Entry
Management and monitoring of Employee Masterfile in payroll system
Management and monitoring of salaries, government mandated benefits and deductions in payroll system
Assists in maintaining payroll system's processing operation
Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of a 4-year course, preferably of BS Psychology or any related course
Minimum of 2 years' experience in LOCAL End to End Payroll Processing
Excellent attention to details
Experience in payroll system data migration and implementation
With background in payroll is an advantage (HRIS)
Knowledgeable on HRIS
Must be proficient in using computer software's (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
Excellent attention to details
