Key Responsibilities:
• Works with third parties including mailroom partners / E-invoicing partners etc.
• Manages day to day operations, staffing and schedules
• Reviews aged reports, payment proposals, vendor reconciliations periodically
• Ensures delivery of SLAs
• Manages relationship with client's Finance / Accounting teams
• Deploys and monitors process controls, quality assurance plans and risk mitigation initiatives
• Identifies opportunities for continuous process improvements
• Handles escalations
• Submits reports timely
Key Requirements:
• Graduate of Commerce/Accountancy/Business courses
• Experience with AP specifically with Payroll Process is REQUIRED
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience
• Experienced in leading teams in transactional processing environment
• Experienced in managing client relationship and address issues / concerns
• Experienced in ERP environment
• Willing to be assigned in BGC, Taguig
• Flexible to work on SHIFTING schedule including night shift
