JOB SUMMARY:
This role is primarily responsible for leading the Payroll administration team for Allegis Group in Asia and ANZ. Will work closely with Local Counterpart and will oversee the full payroll processing function for both Contracting and Permanent employees.
Oversee the full payroll processing function across ASIA/ANZ for both Contracting and Permanent employees
Ensure all payrolls and adhoc runs are completely and accurately processed and paid
Review of monthly payroll reports
Review and authorize all Permanent and Contracting payrolls
Ensure all payroll and statutory deadlines are met
Monitor Bank Approval of Payments
Review calculations, reconciliations and remittance of statutory payments
Manage the provision of internal audit reporting for all payroll responsibilities
Checks month end reporting - generating month end report from Payroll System
Checks TM1 Upload Files
1st Level Escalation
Build relationship with Key stakeholders
MANAGEMENT REPORTS TRANSITION/MIGRATION:
Prepare necessary operation and management reports such as Admin Tasks
Execute payroll migration and transition
LEADERSHIP:
Leadership, management and mentoring of all direct reports
INNOVATION:
Strive for continuous process improvement within the payroll function
QULIFICATIONS:
5-6 years minimum relevant working experience
Must have regional experience: Australia, New Zealand and Asia
Must be knowledgeable in ANZ Payroll including Tax, Super, Employment Law, and Statutory
College degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, or any related discipline
Preferably Accounting graduate, but not required
Highly proficient in MS Excel
