payroll Team LeadDarwinbox

We are looking for a Payroll Team Lead or Payroll Consultant to join our growing Philippines Team. This person will be the First Point-of-Contact for clients and be part of the regional payroll team. This person will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and operational of the of Payroll solution.
What this role involves:
Ensuring accurate and timely processing of the payroll implementation project, keeping our clients and payroll team on track for seamless delivery. A
Acting as the Point-Of -Contact between the customer and the payroll team, managing expectations and keeping all parties up to date on how the project is progressing.
Ensuring accuracy in payroll process & results specially making sure that payroll payment submissions are made in accordance with the agreed schedule.
Facilitate gathering payroll requirements and translate such requirements into system specifications for system implementations.
Working knowledge in implementation and support Philippines Payroll. Global experience a plus.
Strong domain knowledge of global payroll, HR, and benefits systems
Good knowledge about statutory policies applicable for Philippines countries.
Experience working in complex and high-volume payroll operations.
Ability to execute and adjust a plan with independence.
Ability to initiate and implement innovative process improvements.
Ability to communicate in a clear and open manner through verbal, written, and non-verbal methods, to all levels of the organization.
Assist the integration team in configuring and testing integrations between Darwinbox and other third-party solutions.
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum 2-3 years of implementation experience is required.
Minimum 4 years of Payroll experience is required.
Should be a team player with interactive communications.
Ability to analyse problems and propose resolution.
Have good time management skills.
