Job Summary:
As a Payroll Support, you will offer clients complete support in ensuring their employees' payroll-related inquiries are processed accurately and on schedule. The ideal applicant will be able to collaborate with others in a fast-paced environment, have great payroll process expertise, and be able to communicate effectively.
Responsibilities:
Address any payroll requests and inquiries in a timely, accurate, and professional manner
Handles inbound, outbound phone calls, emails, and chat support
Collaborate with clients/employees internationally
Help customers with payroll processing, discrepancies, addressing inquiries and concerns
Ensure data confidentiality while maintaining accurate payroll records
Qualifications:
At least 6 months Customer Service experience in a BPO setting
Can accept SHS/High School Graduate
Proven experience in payroll administration is preferred
Have a background in delivering HR benefits, retirement services, and other related auxiliary products to clients
Strong understanding of US payroll legislation and tax regulations
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with the capacity to operate under pressure, excellent time management, and the ability to meet strict deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Adept in using payroll software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Amenable to work on a shifting schedule
