Job Requirements:
Minimum of 4-5 years of Leadership/Payroll experience
Understanding of PH Payroll, Alpha-list, taxable and non-taxable items, 13th-month pay, etc.
Experience in organization, training, and optimization of team members
Interpersonal communication skills
Good English speaking and writing skills
Adept in Microsoft Excel usage
Experience using a payroll system is HUGE plus
Tasks:
Learning the current payroll processes and software usage to understand the team dynamics
Facilitating items in the payroll department, alongside various payroll activities
Working with Operations, Finance and HR Departments regarding necessary Payroll items or activities
Observing payroll team activities, suggestions to optimize the workflow, and training team members to successfully perform their duties
Participating in discussions with upper management when necessary to discuss current team strategies and methods
Organizing of company payroll and payroll government filing documentation
*This is going to be on-site work. Our offices are located in Clark Freeport Zone, Angeles City, Pampanga.
