Responsible for payroll process and ensures that entries are submitted in an accurate and timely manner.
Maintain employee payroll records up-to-date and accurate.
Responsible for safekeeping of payroll forms and payroll documents.
Address payroll related queries and requests from employees.
Coordinate with HR and finance teams to carry out payroll processing.
Candidate must be Business Administration graduate and/or equivalent experience as Payroll Supervisor
Has very good grasp and understanding of government mandated benefits like SSS, Pag-Ibig, Philhealth and BIR computations/requirements
Ability to multi-task and flexible to work for extended time if required.
Highly proficient in MS office/Spreadsheet
Highly driven and can produce desired output within deadline
Must be willing to be assigned in Cainta, Rizal.
