DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
1.Timely preparation of Operations and Warehouse Payroll
2.Prepares accurate and timely submits employee's compensation reports for governmental compliance
3.Accurate and timely submission of administrative requirements
4.Perform payroll computation and generates payroll reports
5.Facilitate the preparation and releasing of pay slips
6.Maintains accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions.
7.Prepares final pay computation and quitclaim corm
8.Consolidate and resolve payroll issues and disputes

QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED:
1.Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
2.Basic requirements for Payroll
3.Familiarity with labor laws and regulations that apply to salaries and wages policy
4.With minimum 3 years' experience in the same field
5.Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and payroll practices
6.Experience working with accounting and payroll software
7.Must have good knowledge in MS Excel e.g. V-Look up
8.Possesses strong interpersonal and time management skills
