Why are we hiring this role?
Our team is growing at a rapid pace and we need a dedicated Payroll Specialist to ensure our employees are paid accurately & on time. We're looking for an energetic, results-oriented team member with great communication skills to join our growing finance team in the Philippines.
The successful candidate must have proven experience in a payroll position with extensive knowledge of payroll tax & wage laws.
What will you accomplish?
End-to-end process payroll for employees in the organizations according to calendar timelines
Maintain personnel database regarding salaries and other payroll-related information of 100+ employees
Help manage organization budget and expense
Work independently with different departments to achieve organization goals as required
Address and resolve employee questions and issues relating to the payroll in a timely manner
Work with company providers of payroll programs used to process payroll
Work with EOR in the processing of payroll of global employees
Prepare and post payroll journal entries for payrolls including all accruals.
Prepare variance reports required by the management about payroll, company budget, and expense
Keep up to date with laws and regulations affecting payroll
Report to the Finance head regarding daily activities and issues
Assist in other finance functions as required
