Role Description
The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day activities such as providing employees with accurate payroll information and timely payroll output, ensuring compliance with company and governmental requirements, procedures, and systems. Establish, maintain, review, and evaluate payroll management and operational improvements. Coordinate with HR and Finance departments in relation to workflow, compensation and benefit packages, allowance, etc.
Attend employee inquiries and concerns on received pay, deductions, allowances, tax, etc. Ensure proper use and maintenance of payroll system and software.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred
Analytical skills with attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office
Experience with HRIS software would be beneficial but not required
Job Location: 647 Quirino Highway, Brgy. Bagbag Novaliches Quezon City
