Specialty Food Retailers, Inc- subsidiary of Rustan Group of Companies, a direct hiring company is in need of Payroll Specialist to join our growing team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's / College Graduate of Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology or equivalent
Preferably with experience in related field and complete knowledge of payroll activities
Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and problem solving skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Excel, Google sheets or related softwares
Willing to be assigned in Makati City
Job Responsibbilities:
Collect and analyze attendance data and ensure the accuracy of employee timesheets
Entering and updating payroll data in the payroll software and database
Maintaining a record of employees' annual and sick leaves
Calculating employee salaries considering overtime hours and deductions
Resolve any queries related to the payroll
Ensure that there are no discrepancies in the payroll activities
Coordinate with the Payroll Supervisor in preparing all documents and calculations in time
Preparing and updating employee work schedules
Maintaining confidentiality of every employee information
Drafting and maintaining payroll mothly reports
