2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing
3. Experience from a BPO company is an advantage
4. Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices
5. Very good knowledge of legislation and regulations of the field
6. Excellent organization and numeric skills and keen to details
7. Knowledge of policies and practices associated with payroll and benefits
administration
8. With strong computer skills and ability to effectively use an automated payroll system
preferably ZenHours
9. Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality
10. Good communication skills to interact with employees
11. Ability to work independently, with little supervision
12. Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
