This job directly reports to the Payroll and Benefits Manager under the supervision of the Payroll and Benefits Supervisor. The core functions of this job is to ensure proper and timely administration of employees' government/ statutory benefits, loans, deductions and preparation of reports relevant to employees' withholding taxes. This job requires at least two (2) years relevant work experience in Human Resources specializing in Compensation and Benefits Administration.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
1. Facilitates administration of government/ statutory benefits, loans and deductions:
Social Security System
Processing of SSS manual & online loan application;
Processing submission of Sickness Notification & Employees' Compensation/ Reimbursement;
Processing of unposted contributions & loan amortization;
Philhealth
Issuance of Claim Form 1 to employees for hospitalization requirement.
Home Development & Mutual Fund ( Pag- ibig)
Processing of HDMF Multi-Purpose/ Calamity Loan Application;
Consolidating of contributions from previous to present employer.
2. Facilitates premium/loan payments and submission of reports for mandatory contributions:
Social Security System
Preparation of Request for Payment (RFP) for employees premiums & loans;
Submission of maternity & sickness / EC reports for reimbursement;
Philheath insurance
Preparation of RFP for employees premiums;
Preparation of reports through EPRS; uploading of accomplished EPRS through online payment to accredited bank;
Updating of Members Data Record of employees.
Home Development & Mutual Fund
Preparation of RFP for employees premiums and loans;
Uploading of payment & report through online payment with accredited bank;
Submission of all premium and loan reports to Accounting Department for payment allocation.
3. Facilitates processing of employees' annual renewal of clearance for Philhealth, SSS, HDMF which includes;
Preparation of year end alpha list of all facilities under Prince Retail Group of Companies;
Processing and releasing of 2316/ Cedula.
4. Administers scheduled payroll deductions on both mandatory( loans and contributions) and company initiated benefits.
5. Provides help desk assistance for the employees
Responds to employees' queries and complaints within 48 hours from acknowledgement either through email, telephone, sms or personal appointment.
Provides assistance and feedback updates to employees concerns relevant to the company and government benefits, loans, BIR 2316, Certificate of Employment, and other similar concerns
