JOB DETAILS:
Company Profile: This is a BPO Company engage in digital led innovation compromising data and analytics.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree holder
• Knowledgeable in using SAP HR, Payroll Systems (ADP, Ceridian, PeopleSoft/Oracle)
• 1-2 years of Payroll experience, preferably in a shared services setup handling Australian Payroll process
Job Responsibility:
• End-to-end Payroll processing & Taxation
• Setup payroll calendar & schedules
• Manage employee data manual/mass changes for entry into payroll system
• Apply payroll paid in arrears and payroll paid current
• Validate employee data changes from system of record to payroll system
• Identify adjustments or corrections/errors and update the payroll system
• Complete post payroll reconciliation review & run reports
