We're looking to fill a vacancy for a Payroll Specialist and below are the details of the role for your review and consideration: PAYROLL SPECIALIST What you'll do: - Involve in managing weekly, monthly and annual end to end payroll processing for the company's Global payroll activities - which includes preparation, tax reporting, collection, calculation, data processing, and liaising with 3rd party payroll partner. - Support accounting function by balancing and adjusting the payroll accounts as well as resolving payroll discrepancies. - Manage accounts payable and receivables, as well as carry out auditing function as necessary. - Prepare payroll and financial statements and provide reports to the CEO.
