What will you do?
Preparation of all payroll and timekeeping entries.
Administer and audit HR data to reconcile with payroll records
Apply and facilitate the execution of HR polies and procedures
Validate, check and review payroll inputs and requests
Validate and check employee earnings and deductions and ensure accurate net pay
Provide functional expertise in terms of issue analysis and RCA (root cause analysis) creation
Preparing payroll reports for distribution.
What you need to succeed?
Bachelor Degree graduate
Must have at least 3 years' of experience in Payroll management
Mush have an experience in processing Australia and Philippine payroll
Must have knowledge or experience in using ADP system and PeopleSoft
Knowledge of Government and Tax Laws.
Must be willing to work in a permanent day shift schedule, weekends off
